BUTTER CROISSANT

127 layers of butter and dough. Simple ingredients crafted with skill. Cabot European butter, ORGANIC all purpose pastry flour, salt and fresh yeast. 

SWEET DANISH

Sweet danishes change seasonally. Base fillings range from the classic danish cream cheese fill to fresh maple pastry creams. Then the base is topped with a local fruit or jam, and finished with a paired glaze.   

SAVORY DANISH

Savory danishes change seasonally. We work with local farmers to pair fresh veggies with artisan cheeses and palette complimenting nuts or garnishes. 

CINNAMON ROLLS

Tride and true, this recipe will never change.  The filling is a blend of organic brown and natural sugar cane with high volatility cinnamon. Then we use organic powdered sugar and green mountain vanilla to make a glaze that drips through to every layer. 

SEASONAL GALETTE

Our Galette not only changes seasonally each week, but will flow from sweet to savory. (and some weeks i may have both, when nature gives you take advantage) From strawberry rhubarb to tomato pies, dont miss out on these flavor bombs for "two".. or a hungry one. 

FOCACCIA SLICES

A fluffy dough with large intentional holes, slathered with choice of toppings, ranging from rosemary sea salt to fresh oninon and new potatoe. Find packs and slices in the shop DAILY! 

VT MAPLE TRAIL MIX

Mix of roasted cashews, pecans, walnuts pepitas tossed with Vermont maple syrup and dried cherries. The maple flavor will not disappoint. perfectly sweet and balanced with syracuse NY salt city flakes. 

GINGER MOLASSES

Ginger molasses cookies are my favorite, and so they are the only classicly scooped battered cookie that we have. Made with fresh and ground ginger, packed with spice, the blackstrap molasses adds depth of flavor. 

*DAIRY FREE*

COCONUT MACAROONS

We make our own sweetened condensed milk with the dairy sweet whole milk, cooked low and slow for hours. combine with organic flaked coocunut, orange zest, and dip in white chocolate. 

*GLUTEN FREE*

SHORTBREAD

These buttery, crumble, melt in your mouth bars offer perfect bites. we incorporate seasonal teas and dried fruits for flavor. From sweet chamomile honey to winter blueberry orange. 

MARSHMALLOWS

housemade marshmallows, a new flavor every week. So much more than plain vanilla, these fluffy pillows will incoroporate flavors like toasted hazelnut, peppermint swirl, and sweet mango. 

GRANOLA 

We will be running blueberry granola until i get sick of it. And its been my favorite for the past 10 years... add to some fresh maple yogurt, or just grab on the go. 

DOG BISCUITS

organic peanut butter based dog biscuits, four simple ingredients: 100% whole wheat, honey & egg.  Walnut approved.

"CRACK"ERS

Made with sourdough discard, European style Cabot butter, and specialty herb / flour blends. crackers that are sturdy but also melt in your mouth.
