Excavation started in October 2025, and our footing were poured. Just enough room for the building between all the underground utility lines.
Knee walls will stay visible about 8 inches to a foot. Garage door for flour deliveries, standard 36 inch door for humans, & a nice window so we can see you coming.
In floor heating! woo woo. gotta keep that dough toasty warm. hopefully helps with efficiency and combustion safety. utility / bathroom septic plumbed out.
