I've been baking professionally for over 15 years... My partner Doug has been helping for the last 5 years.... and walnut has been diligently supervising for about two.
We are finally building a proper bakery to call our own. Where people can come and pickup. We plan to bake an array of sourdough loaves from 100% authentic seeded rye to classic wheat featuring local grains. Other products will include Braided Challah, Brioche Buns, Farmers Focaccia and a lineup of laminated pastries including cinnamon rolls, croissants, danishes, pies & more
